cosys provides a web-based platform for tracking, managing, and responding to formal business correspondence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service during your subscription period, subject to these terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

You retain ownership of all data, documents, and content you upload to cosys. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via our payment processor (Stripe). Prices are shown in your account settings. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
New accounts start on a free trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
If payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, we may suspend access to your account until payment is received.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the service at your own risk.
cosys is a correspondence management tool. It does not constitute legal advice, and we accept no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or legal effect of any correspondence you create or manage using the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cosys and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless cosys and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may cancel your account at any time from within the platform. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted. We are not liable for any loss of data following termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
